什么是TPU?

Ｗhat is TPU coated fabrics?

1. TPU coated Fabrics is an Environmental and Safty products conformed to OKO-TEX Standard 100, Class I and American FDA standard (by FDA 21 CFR 177.1500). It is Azo Free, Non-Toxic (no existing 8 kinds of heavy metals) and conformed to EN-71 standard.

符合国际OKO-TEX环保及安全标准100第一类（婴儿用品标准）和美国食品安全标准（FDA 21 CFR 177.1500测试）。为非偶氮，低毒（无八大重金属），符合欧洲EN-71之产品安全标准之产品。

2. TPU coated Fabrics is the thickness within 0.015-0.5 laminated with any kind of fabrics and the finished width of 58”(edges trimmed).

在各种织布上贴上0.015-0.50mmTPU薄膜而成，成品幅宽为58”(裁边).

3. TPU coated Fabrics is a Breathable (about 1000-2500mm), and Water proof  Products (Water Resistance against 4000mm water column).

具有透温透气效果（约1000-2500mm）及强力防水特性抗水压4000毫米。

4. TPU Coated Fabrics is a Light, Soft, Elastic & Nice Touch Products, It’s Anti-Scratch, Anti-Crack(-50℃) and Anti-Heat (120℃), much stronger Tearing strength and Bonding strength, Nice Extensible and Good Flexing.

为轻便、柔软、弹性、触感佳之安全产品，具有耐磨性佳、耐寒-50℃不龟裂、耐热120℃不起皱、高撕裂抗拉及胶合强度好、延伸率大及耐曲折佳等特性。

Ｗhat is TPU?

TPU is Thermoplastic Polyurethane. TPU has the properties of Light gravity, Super transparency, High elasticity and Extensible, stronger Tearing & Bonding strength, Soft, Anti-friction, Anti-Crackle, anti-Oil, Anti-static electricity, Anti-Crack(-50℃) and Anti-Heat(120℃), Oxygen and Ozone Resistant, Nice touching and good for any lamination processing.

TPU 是属于热可塑性聚尿酯树脂（THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE）之高分子有机化合物，一般简称特优丽。在物理物质上具有比重轻、高透明、高弹性及延伸性、高撕裂抗拉及胶合强度、柔软耐磨、耐油、抗静电、耐热、耐寒、对氧及臭气有抵抗性，并且触感佳又适于高周波贴合加工。

Chemically, the constitution of TPU molecule is stable non-toxicity, heavy metal free and non-chloride content. TPU is naturally decomposed by burning or burying under the earth, therefore, TPU is going to replace PVC as an innovative New Environmental Products in 21century and be used as the daily necessities widely. For example: Shipes, Sporting goods, Garment Medication, Baggage, Inflatable products, Camping equipments, Bike etc.

在化学性质方面分子结构稳定、无毒、不含重金属、不含氯（Ｃ12）分子，可经燃烧或掩埋分解为环保塑料新宠，此产品将取代聚氯乙烯（ＰＶＣ）成为二十一世纪之革命性材料，将会广泛地用于一般日常用品，如鞋类、运动用品、成衣类、医疗类、皮包类、吹气玩具、登山用品、脚踏车等。
